| Caramelized brussel sprouts are so good. To prepare: Wash them and tear off any old leaves. Cut in half and add olive oil and kosher salt to them. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 until caramelized, but still have some bite. I usually add balsamic vin. to mine. |
