Chinese dumplings part 2: Dipping sauce and freezing dumplings:
These dumplings were a quick cook! Next time an even shorter cooking time would work better. Dipping sauce-add two parts soy sauce to one part rice wine vin. Add chopped scallions. Mmm. Steam those little puppies after sauteing. Pull out the dumplings from the freezer. I lined the bottom with parchment paper and plastic wrap.
